Welcome to the very first episode of Somebody Now! I'm Jenn, and in this intro episode, I’m diving into why I started this podcast, my journey to podcasting, and what Somebody Now is all about. This podcast is all about celebrating those everyday 'Hell yeah!' moments that make you, YOU. Whether you're into rock collections, random acts of kindness, or just doing your thing, this is the place for your story to be heard. Let’s vibe together—because you're already somebody now.

Whatever it is, I’m a pretty solid hype man lol and I love to learn so I built a human experience podcast.
My thing? I’ve realized that my superpower is really investing in those micro-interactions with strangers. I genuinely care about how they’re doing and love hearing their stories. I’m all about making people feel seen, and that’s why I am doing what I'm doing
I have more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications (interviewing peeps is kinda a jam of mine lol) for the military and commercial side of the house. I prefer to work with non-profits or organizations putting good, creativity and connection into the world. Love emerging technologies, gaming, musics, writing, art and all the foods, experiential activities and finding places in the world that make me feel small and infinite at the same time. Do well by doing good is kinda what I live by now.
Somebody Now Podcast is where we celebrate those “Hell yeah!” moments, big or small. I kicked off this podcast to spotlight the wins that make life interesting—whether you’re famous or just doing your thing, your journey deserves to be heard and celebrated with some serious good vibes. I've been chewing on what type of THING I wanted to do for the last two years. I've gone through multiple human experience podcast ideas and it all clicked for me when I came across Gary Vee’s viral video about "You're Somebody Now." I've been chewing on what type of THING I wanted to do for the last two years. I've gone through multiple human experience podcast ideas and it all clicked for me when I came across Gary Vee’s viral video about "You're Somebody Now." That simple but powerful message hit home—So many people don’t recognize they’re already somebody, that their story matters. We just walk around not acknowledging ourselves and constantly feeling like there is some marker that will make that a thing. Nah fam, you're relevant rn. Your work, your growth, matters now, you're kicking ass in some facet of your life, even if that means you chose to be present, to shower today. Some days it be like that. That was my lightbulb moment. I knew I wanted to create a space where people could experience that type of truth in an organic, real way
Somebody Now Podcast was sparked, and it’s all about creating genuine connections and celebrating the stories that deserve to be heard. It’s not about forcing a moment eww; it’s about letting the good in people be recognized and celebrated. If you haven't seen the clip, its worth the watch.
